Variety of goodies for breakfast. Perfect central location, near to Hokkaido and Tokyo and shopping center named Matsuzakaya, alot of convenient store of Family Mart, Lawson and train station.

The hotel is conveniently located near Ueno Park and train stations. The room had a nice view and the trains outside provided a soothing background noise. The breakfast choices were pleasing and filling. The hotel offered amenities like toothbrushes and bath salt. The lift required a key card, providing a sense of security. The sounds of nature played in the corridors made the hotel cozy.
Felt safe and secure, nothing too much trouble.

My favorite property in Tokyo. Compact and exceptionally good room plus TV, a refrigerator and a writing table. Great and perfect location to Tokyo Dome. Walking distance to a market and a convenience store across the street.

The hotel had an excellent location really close to Shitamachi Museum. It was 15 mins walk away from the metro. The restaurant was perfect for breakfast.
A little bit small room, I was a little disappointed.

The location of Tosei Hotel Cocone Ueno Okachimachi is fantastic. It is just a short walk from the train station and the bustling Ameyoko market. The convenience of being in this area made our stay very enjoyable.
Although our room was a bit small for unpacking multiple luggages, it was manageable and to be expected in Japan.

Think that this quiet hotel is beyond compare, loved it. The property is immaculately clean; compact rooms; big bed. It has magnificent location and amicable and outstandingly friendly staff apart from the manager who seem strict and was n't as friendly. Next to the property there are cafés and restaurants.

We got a new-fashioned a double room. The staff was amazingly friendly, always with a smile on face. The location was MAGNIFICENT, next to Ameyoko Shopping Street. Visiting cafés and restaurants next to the hotel was easy.
